1. Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your t-shirt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive a t-shirt that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Size Issues: As we utilize a dropshipping model, size exchanges are typically not possible. Please refer to our size charts carefully before placing your order. However, If the size is significantly different than the size chart provided, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

• Due to the nature of dropshipping, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as “changed mind” or “didn’t like the color.”
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
• Items returned after the allotted return window.

3. Return Process

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pythagorean@hipotenusaonline.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
• Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item. This may include a return address provided by our supplier.
• Return Shipping: In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will typically cover the return shipping costs. For size issues, please contact us to determine if we can assist with return shipping.
• Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 4 business days.  
  
   

   
• Refund amounts will be for the cost of the item, and original shipping costs if applicable due to an error on our part.
• Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

• As mentioned earlier, direct size exchanges are generally not possible due to our dropshipping model.
• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can typically be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed by our supplier. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
